Seeing Beautiful: Here Comes The Sun!

I woke up to a glorious, brilliant, sunshiny day. Songbirds are mobbing the feeders and bouncing around in the bushes, planning their nests. The trees seem to relax as they sway a bit in the breeze.   It's easy to picture the sap rising from the roots in the cold ground up through their xylem arteries and into the wakening leaf buds. Daffodil and crocus shoots are poking an inch above the soil and using the snowmelt to push up, up, up.

Thank you for the Valentine, Sun!

  3. Beautiful video!

Wish I could send some of our sun to the spots that are missing it! We've had such a hot and dry winter, it's nutty.
