The first moment they met, Toby waddled over on his runt-of-the-litter legs, climbed into Ted's lap, and stretched up to give him one tiny lick on the chin. He loves everyone in his family, but only with Ted will he completely relax like this. His trust in his 'dad' is absolute.
For this week's 52 Snapshots theme "Love", this is a little celebration of the bond even an aloof dog like Toby forms with his best-loved person.

ReplyDeleteWhen we first met puppy Wilhelm, he cuddled up into his daddy's beard. Daddy's dogs are the best! :)
ReplyDeleteThis photo of Toby and his dad is fabulous. It totally says LOVE! When we first met Harper Lee, she gave her daddy a huge kiss. To this day she has way more kisses for daddy than mommy. Daddy's are special!
