Some are paying homage to the calendar while letting Autumn linger like the scent of apple cider...
or the stench of burning leaves. And some of us just haven't gotten it together yet and realized it's Winter at all.

We have some excuse though. While the rest of the U.S. shovels snow and can see their breath, here in Southeastern Virginia we are still raking leaves.

No snow here either, but lots and lots of rain and wind.
ReplyDeleteIt did snow lightly today here in MA, but on walkies today we noticed a pile of pumpkin scrapings out where a pumpkin was hanging until just yesterday. I dunno if people are just busy, lazy, or don't like change, but some folks are slow in making the shift, huh?
