I live with my pack in the forests of Russia, India, Thailand, and Nepal. After we get separated, we whistle to reunite. We are considered endangered due to the forests being cleared for lumber and development. We are also at risk in India due to distemper and rabies.
But there is also work being done to protect and restore our population. For example, we are protected within tiger reserves.
